Our belief

At Expand, our journey began with a clear passion: to cultivate lasting impacts for positive mental health by promoting awareness on psycho-spiritual education and wellbeing practices in schools.

Our belief is that each of us have a unique authenticity, which can oftentimes get lost amid the pressures of work and school. Our goal is to support you, your students and your team to strengthen and reconnect to your felt sense of self efficacy.

We believe that recognising our own strength and understanding our minds and emotions is the first step towards lasting wellness.

Why Expand?

Learning does not happen solely from sitting and listening, but is brought to life and synthesised through a blend of techniques, focusing on depth rather than information overload.

Our workshop material is curated with expert advice and proven research on mental wellbeing, incorporating gentle movement, breathing exercises and interactive activities.

It is very important to us that each and every individual who attends our workshops feel a part of them.

Our Committment

Our hope is that participants are left feeling refreshed, calm and connected with a strengthened sense of team morale and individual confidence.

We specialise in helping students and staff develop precision and clarity in wellbeing practices, distilling the vast body of information available down to what has been shown and proven to have the greatest impact.

Our hope is that our workshops do not begin and end on a given day, but carry lasting impacts for your school's wellbeing.
